Opposition snubs all party meet seeks Morcha’s sincerity
The Gorkhaland Task force (GTF) - a conglomerate of political parties in the hill have decided not to attend the all party meet called by the Gorkha Janmukti Morcha (GJM). The all party meet has been called to discuss programmes on Gorkhaland movement which the GJM intends to make it an undemocratic one. not to attend the meeting citing reasons that Bimal
Gurung has issued a ‘farman’ instead of sending an invitation. “We are political outfit with a constitution and the words used by the GJM are not used in politics.
The GJM should first prove its sincerity regarding its demand,” said Sukman Moktan, the GTF chairperson. The ABGL too wants the GJM to prove its sincerity and keep up their words. “The whole bunch of GTA members along with Bimal Gurung should first resign from the GTA posts and the GTA should be dropped,” said Pratap Khati, general
secretary of the ABGL.
